Hi, I’m Jessica Moore. I grew up in Iowa and later attended Oklahoma State, where I met my husband, Jacob Moore. Today, we live in Madill, Oklahoma with our son, Ky. Friends, family, and good food have always been at the heart of our lives—usually all three at the same time.

Before we ever owned Scout, we were customers. We fell in love with the welcoming atmosphere, the incredible staff, and most importantly, the food. Scout quickly became a place that felt like home. In 2025, we were given the opportunity to purchase Scout, and we’ve proudly owned it ever since.

Now, Jacob and I are honored to carry on what makes Scout special—great food, genuine hospitality, and a space where people can gather, connect, and feel comfortable. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or staying awhile, we hope Scout feels just as welcoming to you as it did to us from the very beginning.
